The big update

Before thanksgiving we were doing lots of turkey projects,

gumdrop turkeys (a friend came over and saw G's turkey and said,

"were you making molecules?" haha)

Pilgrims, and thanksgiving feast drawings

Turkey day itself was spent at the Pearson home

with all the bros (soon to be dominated by the ladies)

down in Iowa. Huge turkey! Everyone pitched in 

and it was a gloriously delicious feast.

We loved seeing everyone, G loved having

so many people to play with her!

 

We went with the Pearson clan to the Amana colonies in IA.

Quilt shop, woolen mill, festival of trees, Santa, antiques,

smokehouse, and brewery (yummy cream soda!)

It was a fun time with the fam for sure!

Our big announcement, and most exciting news:

It's a girl!

I'm 22 weeks and everything is just fine.

More to come on that topic later :)

And lastly for the update:

Yesterday we went and picked out a big beautiful tree.

Yum!

Our house smells so festive!

I love this time of year!!
