New headlamp, scarf, jams by grandma, and new slippers |
Christmas was so perfect in every way,
we drove to UT this year, and there was a ton of snow!
We had so much fun with family
and we were so lucky to have
so much time with everyone!
*Except for the part that we were sick*
*bleh*
We made lots of Christmas candies,
and a gingerbread village,
played in the snow,
and played with aunts & uncles and cousins

25 weeks along on the 25th! Tada: baby bump!
I made Neal this flannel shirt for Christmas,
and I made a flannel robe for G also.
Apparently I complained enough about
my sewing machine because when we got to UT
Neal bought me a new Bernina!

Today was the day: G has been begging for a "haircut like Brinny's" (her cousin here in MN) For the last year she has been determined to grow her hair long like Rapunzel, but I guess the tangles got the best of her. I can't say I super sad about it either... combing that out was a bit of a hassle.

She looks so big-girl now, I can't believe it. She loves love her haircut so much was doing her excited dance for a full thirty minutes before we tackled her and made her go to sleep!

Yeah for the blog post! I am so happy for you and your cute little bump. And kudos on the sewing. I don't even own a machine so maybe you could mail me your crappy one and then my crappy creations would have a reason! Haha. Hope we get to see you this summer. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the haircut! She does look like a big girl! How much fun is that! It is much easier too. I keep mentioning a haircut to Airdree and she is a no go. It was so fun to see you and spend some time with you!
ReplyDeleteNice job on the shirt (I could never do that) and a big congrats on the new sewing machine! I've got a Bernina too. Nothing fancy, but I love it. And Miss G looks as cute as ever. It was so fun to see you for 2 seconds last month! I'm glad you had a good Christmas.
